Matita by Foglie d'Oro has been selected as a finalist in the SBID International Design Awards 2026 in the Flooring & Floor Coverings category.
Designed by Fabio Rotella, the special Matita panel originates from an elongated design element distinguished by pointed ends that recall the profile of a pencil. Crafted in wood and enhanced with profiles and inserts in premium materials, it offers extensive possibilities for customization in both color and material combinations.
In Installation 133, the panels frame square marble elements, creating a continuous geometric pattern that is rhythmic, contemporary, and sophisticated.
