Rail 3D is a wall covering programme with wood panelling. It is available in Walnut and Oak wood, in a variety of colours, all studied and proposed to enhance the beauty of the wood. The main characteristic is the 3D effect, available in different decorations, with Master V_Rail 3D and Master U_Rail 3D profiles. These exquisite design surfaces with threedimensional patterns create an interplay of light reflections, enriching the setting where they are applied. They can be installed horizontally or vertically.

    Wall covering

    The Rail 3D wooden covering is supplied in straight elements of varying sizes, with a height of 120 mm (5”). For the 3D milling
    processes, a layer of high-quality Walnut or Oak wood is used, and milled along the direction of the grain to enhance the beauty of the
    authentic natural wood. This characteristic process can be carried out with different bas-relief milling profiles, depending on the look the
    customer wishes to create. The system used to secure the panels to the wall can also be chosen by the customer, who can decide the
    direction they are to be installed in.

    Installation

    The panels are supplied in the standard size, with a groove-to-groove interlocking system. They can be secured to the walls using
    wooden strips to enable distancing of the panels, facilitating the normal air circulation and concealing any cables external to the wall.
    The wall can be completed using finishing profiles in colours that match those of the wood covering material.

    The product comes from the creative synergy between Foglie d’Oro and Arte Brotto.
