Architectural rigour

In a spacious contemporary villa with simple volumes, the Regolo floor offers a perfect blend of architectural rigour and compositional freedom. The asymmetrical geometries and unusual proportions of the design bring pace and movement to a strongly rationalist structure. Slender brass profiles cross the wood surface, introducing light and contrast without interrupting the seamless flow of the design. The wood and the metal strike a balance between warmth and precision, transforming the floor into an architectural element that embellishes the whole setting. Regolo thus becomes part of the design project, forming a decorative surface that at the same time helps to shape the visual identity of the project.
