In this attic in the Parioli neighbourhood in Rome, every design choice follows a principle of balance and subtraction. The spaces unfold naturally, entrusting the task of defining their character to the light and the materials used.
The Jumbo broad oak wood planks, in the Ca’ Bassano finish, are used throughout, creating a seamless look. The large size of the planks amplifies the perception of the space, while the light shade of the wood helps create a bright, appealing ambience.
With its clean surfaces, carefully calibrated volumes and sophisticated materials, the flooring becomes a defining element, a silent presence that brings the whole look together.
This is a design project where less is not simply more, but a clearly defined approach to enhancing every detail.
